Finally finished! I was thinking that I wanted to do some sort of Hinagiku fanart since a long time ago... but just couldn't get started...
and voila! here it is.
Originally sketched with pencil on paper > scanned > vectorized > lineart retouched > colored with airbrush all in Photoshop.
Total work time >48 hours. OTL
I wanted to do this on computer from start to end (without the hassle of scanning and cleaning up lineart) but my old Wacom Graphire 1 tablet(yes, the very first model -_-;; ) seems a bit too small (and old) for drawing big lines smoothly enough.
Now that I have drawn it all, I can see my drawing style is somewhat affected by Yasu (Illustrator)'s style... I like his works.
Eh, if you're asking why in the world Hinagiku is trying to sing, I have no idea. But I'm sure she's good. XD

Hello there! This news article is the result of a thumb share thread I posted few days ago on the dA forum along with pictures from my favorites. I hope you enjoy them.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
